All items bought from stock will be sent out the next working day, fully insured, by Parcelforce Worldwide delivery service. In the UK this will be 48 hour delivery. Delivery for all our items is priced individually, based on what we are charged to ship them by Parcelforce, cost of custom boxes, packing materials etc. We try to keep the cost of delivery as low as possible, whilst ensuring that each hand made item is sent out fully insured.
Parcelforce will keep in touch with you via email or text, depending on which contact details you leave with us at point of order. They will send you the tracking details for your parcel. We will receive notification of delivery.
Delivery of bespoke items will be organised with the customer during the design process and completed and dispatched as soon as possible but we do get very busy! If you would like something for a special occasion or specific date, please get in touch with at least a month to spare. It can take weeks or even months to source the stems required, develop original designs and create each bespoke piece so the more time you can give us, the better!

How quickly will my order arrive?

How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email or text to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted (depending on whether you left us your email or mobile number at the time of ordering) You will also receive notification when your order has been dispatched and Parcelforce will contact you direct with the delivery details.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns whatsoever.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 07706 760484 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to photograph the damage as soon as possible and to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Please always contact us before returning an order.
